Winter weekly training schedule


COVID-19 Update 14/09/2020:: Monday night run sessions have restarted.  All athletes must register for a session on the Facebook group and sign the COVID 19 declaration form.  


7pm Coached Run session – Long

7.15pm Coached Run Session – Short

8pm Coached Swim Session 1 hour (suspended until Covid Restrictions lifted).


7.30pm Group MTB Ride – meet at the bottom of Janet’s Brae - all levels welcome. Lights Required.

8pm Group Run – mixed Terrain – about an hour. Head torch required.
