Winter weekly training schedule
7pm Coached Run session – Long
7.15pm Coached Run Session – Short
8pm Coached Swim Session 1 hour
6pm Group Open Water Swim – Summer Months (April-October)
7.30pm Group MTB Ride – meet at the bottom of Janet’s Brae - all levels welcome. Lights Required.
8pm Group Run – mixed Terrain – about an hour. Head torch required.
8pm Coached Turbo Session (November to March) – all welcome. £2 per session. Silvertree Studios.
10am Group MTB Ride – meet at the bottom of Janet’s Brae – all levels welcome. Usually coffee at the end.
10am Group Road Ride – roughly 2 hours - meet at Bspoke Cycles – all levels welcome.
11am 2nd Sunday of the Month (October – March) Interclub Duathlon Practice – all welcome to come and practice with a bit of competition from your fellow members. (April – October this will change to Triathlon Practice).
